Breathe Online Mindfulness Course Terms and Conditions 2019

  1. The ‘Breathe’ course provider is Mindfulness Education Group (MEG) and all intellectual property on the Mindfulness Education Group website, including video, audio, graphics, copyright works and trademarks, is owned by MEG (or by third-party content suppliers). MEG are the exclusive owner of all rights in the compilation, design and layout of this online course. Any communications can be addressed to info@mindfulnesseducation.nz
  2. User account access for the ‘Breathe’ Online course is confirmed upon payment process being successfully completed. One account is permitted per person and may not be shared with others.
  3. The sale is final and non-refundable.
  4. No copies of the course or course material can be distributed by course participants.
  5. Users of the ‘Breathe’ Online course are required to create a password to be used in conjunction with the email address to which the course is associated. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own individual accounts and passwords and for restricting access to their device(s). Passwords cannot be shared.
  6. The MEG website may contain links to third party websites. These websites have not been prepared by MEG and are not controlled by MEG. They are provided for your convenience only, and do not imply that we check, endorse, approve or agree with third party websites this site links to.
  7. By enrolling in the ‘Breathe’ Online course, users all allow MEG to process and store  personal information in New Zealand. MEG will take measures to comply with applicable law regarding the transfer, storage and use of certain personal information.
  8. MEG may terminate access to the ‘Breathe’ course as a result of fraud or breach of any obligation under these Terms. Such termination or suspension may be immediate and without notice. A breach of these Terms, includes without limitation, the unauthorised copying or download of MEG audio or video content from the MEG site.
  9. Access to the ‘Breathe’ course may occasionally be restricted for site repairs, site maintenance or the introduction of new online products. In the event that Courses are unavailable; please notify MEG by emailing support@mindfulnesseducation.nz

While care and consideration has been taken in the creation of the material on the MEG website, MEG does not warrant, represent or guarantee that the material published on this website is in all respects accurate, complete and current. To the extent permitted by law, MEG excludes any liability, including any liability for negligence, for any loss or damage arising from reliance on material on this website.
  11. MEG is a provider of online meditation training, not a health care provider.  The ‘Breathe’ Online Mindfulness course provides for general information regarding mindfulness and can support development of personal mindfulness skills. Professional medical advice should be sort based on individual circumstances. MEG supports discussing mental health concerns directly with a healthcare professional.
