‘Restoring Calm’ – Mindfulness Practice Day


Join us and experience the benefits of stress falling away while tasting the quiet joy that results from well-facilitated practice sessions. 

Practice days will help you to Pause, Breathe and Smile authentically from a place of personal embodied experience. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. You don't need to be a certified Pause, Breathe, Smile Educator – so why not invite a friend to join you in this day of wellbeing.

We will explore a range of mindfulness practices for restoring calm and nurturing peace:

  • Sitting and walking mindfulness practices
  • Breathing techniques and body-awareness movements for calming physical and mental tensions
  • Loving-kindness practice for opening the heart
  • Contemplations for enhancing a sense of connection with all of life

We look forward to welcoming you to a day of relaxed, rejuvenating mindfulness practice. Each practice day is located in a tranquil venue with a nourishing catered lunch.
