For those who began the Breathe Course prior to 1 April 2018, each lesson has been recently edited.

Each lesson now begins with a one-minute breathing space and an approximately 10-minute guided mindfulness practice at the end.

Each lesson is shorter in length and the course now contains six lessons instead of the original eight lessons.

The original lessons seven and eight are available upon request.
